($29) Bright violet. Exotically perfumed aromas of raspberry, apricot, rose and honeysuckle; this shows the vibrancy and floral character of a white wine. Silky in texture and deep in red and dark berry flavors, with sweet floral pastille notes adding complexity. Very pure wine with strong finishing cut and clarity-and a strong effort for this difficult vintage.
