Vivid ruby.  Spicy red berries and floral nuances on the nose, with subtle spiciness and minerality adding lift.  Sweet and broad on entry, then more tangy in the middle, displaying lively raspberry and cherry flavors and a late note of white pepper.  With its seamless texture and long, sappy finish, this is extremely easy to drink.

Made from the Gamay grape, the red wines of Beaujolais are mostly exuberantly fruity and brisk wines that are often served lightly chilled for added refreshment.
