($25) Bright, pale greenish yellow. Pungent, lightly herbaceous aromas of grapefruit pith, lemon grass, pepper and flint. Then dry and penetrating in the mouth, with a slightly raw peppery aspect to the lemon zest flavor. Less broad than the 2008 version and a bit skinny for a sauvignon from this producer.
