($70; disgorged May, 2008):  Pale, peach-skin-tinged yellow.  Pungent, smoky aromas of pear skin, honey and yellow rose, with subtle notes of toffee and orange pith.  Sappy citrus and orchard fruit flavors give way to deeper marzipan and candied nuts.  Lively but powerful, with red berry and floral nuances on the long, spicy finish.
