90 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - January/February 2011

($65) Deep ruby. Fresh dark fruit on the nose, with complicating notes of anise, violet and tobacco. Smoky blackcurrant and cherry flavors are given spine by juicy acidity and pick up a hint of musky flowers with air. Shows a suave interplay of dark berry fruit and flowers on the long open-knit finish.
