($20) Good full ruby. Very ripe aromas of blackberry, licorice, minerals and spices. Lovely inner-mouth perfume and a light touch to the sweet blackberry flavors. This broad wine has a weightless quality. Finishes with a fine dusting of very suave tannins. I'd still hold off on drinking this for a year or go in the hopes of finding more complexity.
