Bright ruby-red. Musky cherry and plum aromas are complicated by notes of anise and dried flowers, plus a hint of smoked meat. Sappy and refreshingly tangy in the mouth, offering brisk red fruit flavors and a hint of white pepper. Finishes with good length and a touch of palate-numbing camphor. This is drinking well now.
