($110; for 375 ml.) Rich golden yellow. Striking aromas of white peach, lemon oil and woodsmoke over a bed of honeyed botrytis. Candied glazed apricot laced with vanilla animates the palate. Finishes crisp, vibrant and clean, with a persistent spiciness.
