Great wine, thick, rich yet defined in a very pure concentrated manner. Ripe with excellent balance and and a uniquely expressive mouthfeel. I wish I had more
Not ready for prime time

I ordered a case b/c I usually find Chinon good value vs. Cab Sav. This wine is big and think for a Cab Franc, but to my pallet it is woefully out of balance. Acidic and generally not good. I am hopeful that with some age it may settle down, but I'm certainly not excited about drinking the other 11 bottles any time soon. Just my 2c
