Still great!

Well, after only 2.5 years or so, I am drinking my last one of these. So much for cellaring for 7 years.... It is still just lovely. Lots of cassis on the nose and sweet with copious fruit on the palate. Very smooth and elegant on the finish. Actually, I opened this one to calibrate myself for the 2010, which I just couldn't get my arms around the last time I tasted it. Today the Languedoc-Roussillon offers...
