Medium red. Musky raspberry, black cherry, minerals, licorice, marzipan and a whiff of cough medicine on the nose. Minerally, serious and tightly structured, with a restrained sweetness to the dark fruit and dark chocolate flavors. Finishes with excellent length. Jeremy Seysses was able to do a lot of whole-cluster fermentation in 2008 thanks to the tiny berries that resulted from millerandage.
