($18; 50% grenache, 40% syrah and 10% cinsault) Dark pink. Red berry and cherry aromas are enlivened by blood orange and white pepper. Rich and broad on entry, picking up livelier citrus notes in the middle palate; lots of fruit here. Finishes with a touch of warmth and good persistence. I'd serve this with a grilled bird or rich fish dish.
