This wine is very good now but even better after 1 1/2 hrs in carafe!!! Woderful CA cab.

Opened first bottle from case. Straight out delicious. Should get better with a couple more years

After the first 5 bottles, I will regret only one remains. Some think this needs some age but the fruit, smoke, and jam of this jewel is impressive and hard to put away. I will try hard to let the last sit quietly on the bottom of the big rack. But temptation takes the best of me.
