Deep yellow-green. Cape gooseberry, honey, chamomile and dried lemon thyme give this wine a fascinating aroma. More dried flower and gooseberry components are highlighted by refreshing, racy acidity in the mouth. Fairly full-bodied yet light on its feet. The finish features grapefruit and caramel notes.
