($36) Vivid ruby. Intensely floral aromas of raspberry, baking spices, rose and incense expand with air. Stains the palate with sweet red and dark berry compote flavors, becoming livelier with air. A vibrant candied floral quality builds on the finish and absorbs the supple tannins. While this will no doubt age well, there's nothing to prevent drinking it now.
