89 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - May/June 2010

($22; 100% chenin blanc) Light straw. Pungent aromas of dried pear, quince and herbs, with a strong mineral undertone. Dry, focused and slightly pinched on entry, then gains flesh and sweetness with air. Juicy nectarine and citrus flavors are enlivened by tangy minerality that carries through the finish. I'd give this a couple of years to flesh out.
