($39) Ruby-red. Brooding aromas of cherry pit, pomegranate molasses and tobacco. Densely packed dark fruit flavors show a bitter quality and unfurl slowly to offer more tangy redcurrant character. Solid material here but this is a tough read right now and just hints at its potential.
