Golden-tinged bright straw-yellow. High-pitched aromas of citrus peel and minerals, plus a whiff of honeyed peach and musk. Fresh and energetic, offering tangy citrus and orchard fruit flavors that gain spiciness with air. Fresh yet creamy wine with bright, harmonious acids and solid minerality, though with much less of the fusel-slatey quality of other producers' versions of nuragus. But this is long for a wine made from an underrated and long-overlooked local variety; this has been Argiolas's best white wine by far for years. Drink up in within the next year for maximum enjoyment.
