($30; 13.5% alcohol) Dark ruby. Slightly stewed aromas of blackberry jam, sassafras, coffee and bell pepper. Enters creamy and soft, with black fruit flavors and a hint of artichoke. Finishes smooth and moderately long but a touch hot.
