($25) Limpid red. Sexy aromas of raspberry, fresh rose, anise and Asian spices, along with a high-pitched minty nuance. Tight-grained and firmly built but in no way hard-edged, displaying lively red fruit and candied floral character and good tangy cut. Finishes with excellent spicy persistence and silky tannins, with the floral note repeating.
