Pale yellow-green. Rather exotic aromas of apricot and spices; in a riper, more generically Burgundian style but nicely pure. Then densely packed but less sweet than the nose would suggest, with distinctly yellower fruit flavors of peach and apricot. Not a particularly incisive or minerally style but a solid Fourchaume made without oak. I'd give this two or three years in the cellar.
