About Domaine William Fevre
Fevre was once good. Now it's great. In fact, the improvement of this house is one of the most exciting developments in Chablis in the past 20 years. The ownership of the Henriot family of Champagne, which also owns Bouchard Père et Fils in Beaune, has resulted in a striking transformation.
91 Points | International Wine Cellar , July/August 2011
Very pale yellow. Reticent but tangy aromas of fresh apricot, peach, minerals and flowers, with a hint of smoky reduction. Broad but light on its feet, with a wet stone minerality and firm acidity extending the fruit. Complex and youthful Chablis with a broad, saline, palate-saturating finish. This parcel really benefited in 2009 from its northern exposure.
