(also about to be bottled; these grapes went right into the press overnight, then into used f u ts for the fermentation, followed by aging in stainless steel tank) Pale yellow-green. Quite ripe on the nose but more minerally than the regular village cuvee Juicy and gripping in the mouth, with more inner-mouth perfume than the basic village wine. A very ripe style but has cut. Charlene described this wine as "more original."
