Pale yellow.  Honey and oak spice on the nose.  Broad on entry, then more taut and perfumed in the mouth than the village wine, offering flavors of orange blossom and minerals.  Good stony extract and finishing notes of lemon and menthol give this a classically dry impression.  I'd hold it for at least a couple years before pulling the cork.
