Very closed on the nose. Then large-scaled and rich, even powerful, in the mouth, with flavors of crystallized lemon peel and resiny oak. Conveys the volume of the vintage, but this is a bit aggressive today. I'd give this rather brooding Chablis three years or so to shed some of its baby fat and come into better focus.
