Medium yellow.  Discreet aromas and flavors of lime, orange blossom, mint and powdered stone.  Bigger, richer and deeper than the Terroirs de Courgis, and at the same time more fruity.  Fine-grained, substantial wine with noteworthy energy and mouthcoating intensity.  The persistent finish shows a spicy quality.
