($27) Bright lemon-yellow color. Musky aromas of quinine, flowers and earth, along with a flinty, almost petrolly minerality. Round and full for village wine but quite dry, with a flavor of fresh quince. Finishes with spice and mineral notes. This needs 6 to 12 months to unwind.
