Pale, green-tinged gold.  Spicy lime and green apple scents are complicated by peppery spices and fresh flowers.  Racy citrus flavors are joined by deeper honeydew and peach qualities, with zesty acidity adding lift and definition.  Finishes with very good clarity and spicy, mineral-driven persistence.
