($21) Very pale yellow. Lemon, tangerine and mint on the nose. Fresh citrus and deeper pear flavors show a refreshing bitterness and pick up a dusty mineral quality with air. Slightly tart but refreshing on the finish, which repeats the lime and mint notes. This could use a little bottle age to flesh out.
