($20) Light orange-pink. High-pitched aromas of redcurrant, wild strawberry, rhubarb and white pepper, with musky floral and herbal accents. Very fresh and juicy, with open-knit red fruit and candied rose flavors reined in by back-end minerality. A sweeter tangerine quality comes up with air and carries through the long, spicy finish. This is ridiculously easy to drink.
