($20) Deep pink. Pungent aromas of raspberry, cherry pit, orange zest and white flowers, plus a hint of anise. Spicy, finely etched red berry and citrus flavors stain the palate, with zesty minerality providing lift and back-end cut. Dry, nervy and pure but weighty as well, finishing with excellent clarity and spicy persistence.
