(made from a 50/50 blend of chardonnay and pinot noir):  Bright yellow-gold.  Ripe orchard and pit fruits on the pungent, subtly spicy nose and on the palate.  Broad and open-knit, with good heft but a slight warmth on the back end.  Closes sappy and smooth, repeating the spicy note.
