Straw-gold. Stone fruits, fresh herbs and a hint of licorice on the nose. Juicy, minty and fresh in the mouth, with flavors of underripe apricot, Golden Delicious apple and minerals. Finishes lean and bright, with lemon and delicate herbal notes lingering nicely. A straightforward wine that will go marvelously well with shellfish, this is a simple, extremely well made and satisfying bottle for the money.
