($15) Bright red-ruby. Rather brooding aromas of dark currant, licorice, violet, chocolate and brown spices gained in complexity as the wine opened in the glass. The attractively sweet palate is nicely supported by integrated acidity. A firmly structured, dry malbec with serious tannins.
