($68) Opaque ruby. Pungent dark berries and cherry pit on the nose, with complicating notes of black cardamom and licorice. The most brooding of this set right now, with slow-to-open dark fruit compote flavors and a chewy texture. Air brings up a floral element. Finishes with solid grip and a whiplash of spicy dark berries. Give this time.
