(roughly 60% pinot noir and pinot meunier, with 40% chardonnay; LRO9007):  Bright orange-pink.  Intense blood orange and strawberry scents show very good clarity and pick up toast and floral nuances with air.  Juicy, penetrating and pure, offering vibrant red berry and citrus fruit flavors underscored by chalky minerals.  Dusty and clean on the finish, which shows excellent focus and persistence.
