Glass-staining ruby.  The nose offers a drop-dead gorgeous floral- and mineral-accented array of red berries.  Sappy, palate-staining raspberry and cherry flavors are lithe and precise, showing a blend of power and finesse that reminded me of a top-drawer Chambolle-Musigny.  Strikingly pure and balanced, with excellent finishing clarity and lingering floral notes.  Wonderfully elegant Morgon.  (Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, Berkeley, CA)
