Bright purple.  Deep but lively scents of dark berries, cherry and violet, with strong mineral and herbal notes gaining strength with air.  Spicy, expansive dark berry flavors show impressive energy, with tangy acidity providing spine.  A whiplash of minerality adds cut to the long, floral finish.  This is built to age but drinks very well now with some decanting.
