(this recently finished its malolactic fermentation) Green-tinged yellow. Reticent aromas of lime and musky minerality. Offers a denser and sweeter impression than most of the Sauzet premier crus; in fact, this is a floral fruit bomb today and much more open than the Combettes. Shows a slightly lactic element, and its sweetness gives it an almost heavy quality. Riffault believes that this wine will "re-close" in barrel.
