($25) Pale yellow. Pungent, slightly raw aromas of gooseberry and peppery spices. Intensely flavored but youthfully clenched, even a bit rigid. There's moderate density here but less sweetness and ripeness than some recent vintages of this consistently excellent wine. Still tight but is there enough mid-palate stuffing? (Ste.
