($14; 100% viura) Light yellow-gold. Bright citrus and pear aromas are complemented by floral honey, white pepper and jasmine. Richer than the regular blanco but livelier as well, offering juicy lemon and orange flavors and deeper orchard fruits with aeration. Closes on a spicy note, with very good tangy cut and a dusty mineral quality.
