($150) Deep ruby. Explosively perfumed nose offers fresh raspberry and floral aromas with suggestions of star anise, incense and cola. Lush and creamy on entry, then nervier in the middle palate, showing a deep, sweet red fruit character. A strong mineral kick energizes the long, sweet, penetrating finish. This is seductive enough to enjoy now.
