($24) Pale, bright yellow. Tight, pure, subtle aromas of grapefruit zest, lemon and white pepper. Dense, rich and full, with a silky texture for sauvignon. Strong acidity keeps this deep wine from coming across as heavy. Not yet especially complex but offers plenty of dimension. I'd wait six months before pulling the cork.
