($20) Ruby-red. Musky red fruit and herbal aromas are perked up by cracked pepper and rose. Dried cherry and redcurrant flavors show an old-school earthiness and become sweeter with air. Supple, seamless and gently spicy on the back end, with the cherry and rose notes repeating. This is drinking well now.
