($35) Fresh aromas and flavors of currant and graphite. Juicy, spicy and high-pitched but at the same time smoky, broad and sweet, with serious underlying tannic structure. This wine comes from a high plateau that ripens late, says Januik, adding that this loamy site is an important source of cabernet sauvignon for him.
