($67) Light, bright pink. High-pitched citrus and red berry fruits on the nose, with notes of rose, toasty lees and baking spices gaining strength with aeration. Nervy, dry and precise, offering fresh raspberry and bitter cherry flavors and an exotic candied rose quality. The long, mineral-accented finish features a late note of cinnamon. Give this a couple of years to flesh out. (Maisons Marques Domaines, Oakland, CA)
