Greenish-yellow. A restrained nose reveals elegant peach and apricot scents lifted by green apple and pear. Soft and round in the mouth, complicated by a trace of peppery spice and a savory thyme note. Turns a bit broader in the mid-palate, with the acidity is softly integrated throughout. Culminates in a minerality reminiscent of fresh spring rain. Drink to 2019.
