Naturally effervescent

Great with smoked heavy cheeses and nuts... Fruity sweet effervescence cleanses the palate perfectly to again taste another bite of cheese and nuts. Great desert wine, as well... But be sure to share and finish the bottle in one sitting, as this naturally effervescent white, looses its sparkle overnight. Go ahead, and have a little more, it is LOW in alcohol content.
