($85) Saturated ruby. High-pitched aromas of redcurrant and cherry, with complicating notes of rose, spicecake and minerals. Taut and energetic, offering sweet red fruit flavors and a sexy floral quality. Fine-grained tannins add shape to a spicy, incisive finish. This could use some bottle age.
