90 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - November/December 2010

($85) Glass-staining ruby. Deep red and dark berry compote aromas and flavors, with hints of truffle and mocha. Chewy and densely packed on entry, then juicier and more pliant in the mid-palate, with sweet dark fruit flavors and a touch of candied licorice. A spicy note comes up with air and carries through a long, lively finish.
